2 Hour Marine Expedition from Bluffton  (limited dates/availability)

Spend a couple of hours with Captain Amber for a scientific expedition on the pristine waterway in Bluffton. The May River offers spectacular views, beautiful marshes, dolphins, a wide variety sea birds, and the Bluffton Oyster Company which is the last hand-shucking oyster house on the Southeast coast.

Captain Amber grew up on these waters and knows every creek, sandbar, and point of interest.  Her graduate degree in Marine Biology allows her to explain the intricacies of the marshland, setting Spartina apart from sightseeing eco tours. 

 

Seasonal crabs, shrimp, and fish will make a temporary appearance on board in a touch tank.
